Below is a brief itineary of the weekend

Friday
From 3.00pm Arrive at leisure
From 7.00pm Your package includes a 3 course dinner in Moretons Restaurant. Alternatively you can use your £19 dinner allocation towards a meal in the Orangery Restaurant. Please contact the hotel in advance of your stay to book your table and secure your preferred dining time

Saturday
11.00am       There will be an introductory session with Ray Pryor in the Stevenson Room, located on the 1st floor
1.00pm          A finger buffet lunch will be served outside the Stevenson Room
2.00pm          Join Ray on the upper lawns of the hotel for an introduction to the birds, and a display of training techniques
7.30pm          Dinner will be taken as a group in Moretons Restaurant



Sunday

From 7.30am  Breakfast will be available in Moretons Restaurant
11.00am         We ask that you check out by 11am
