Tortworth Court wins 2007 Kitchen Team of the Year Award for Bristol
Tortworth Court was pleased to win this prestigious award as voted for by the Bristol Hoteliers Association. Collecting the award was Nigel Jones, Executive Chef of Tortworth Court who stated "It's a great honour to have won this award and it's fantastic recognition for the hard work and effort my team have put in last year"The trophy was presented at the prestigious Bristol Hoteliers Association Night of the Stars annual ball in January held this year at Ashton Gate Conference Centre.
EHO award Tortworth Court 5 Stars for their Kitchen
The Environmental Health Department have awarded the highest accolade possible to the kitchens at Tortworth Court for the management of Food Safety. This was following a recent visit and inspection where the Officer spent a number of hours checking through paperwork, procedures and of course the cleanliness of the kitchen. Nigel Jones, Exec Chef of the Tortworth Court stated; "we have always prided ourselves on our safety record and we are regularly the top hotel in the company audits, to have the EHO award us 5 stars is a great recognition of that fact and we are all very proud of this achievement.
